• Non-Exclusive Consideration: By submitting your pitch, you acknowledge that Greighter may currently or in the future be examining other pitches that are similar to or compete with the pitch you submit. You agree that Greighter’s consideration of your pitch is not an acknowledgment of novelty, priority, or originality.

• No Obligation: Greighter is under no obligation to pursue any pitch or idea submitted, nor is Greighter obligated to return any materials provided by the submitter.

• GDPR Compliance: We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please review our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and store your personal data.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greighter shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
