This union paves the way for an innovative recruitment solution in Malta. It not only introduces a new Executive Search vertical to Hireroo’s repertoire but also offers us the opportunity to widen our reach into new regions, including Scandinavia, mainland Europe, and Africa.
The helm of this ambitious initiative will be held by Kim Gehrke, TalentXD’s visionary founder. With extensive experience spanning over ten years in international recruitment and HR, Gehrke’s expertise especially shines in the fintech and iGaming sectors across Malta, Sweden, and Africa.
In a recent discussion about the merger’s direction, Gehrke emphasized the essence of a deeper comprehension of both the candidate and the client.
